What's actually on the DVD?

Most of the DVD contains screen captures of us explaining concepts and optimizing a real photography website. All the scenes are narrated, making it easy to follow along.

What's in the Companion Workbook?

It's a PDF meant for you to print. It has spaces for notes and a nice checklist, making the whole process easier.

What's the forum all about?

It's a place for people who bought the DVD to ask questions. Plus, we'll be adding bonus content like additional videos, entry pages designs, and more tips.

How do I access the forum?

The forum URL is located on the back of your DVD jacket.

What if I don't have a BIG Folio photography website?

That's Okay. The concepts we demonstrate in the DVD apply to just about any photographer, especially those with Flash-based websites.

Will watching this DVD instantly make my site rank better in Google and Yahoo!?

Well, no. While the DVD demonstrates important steps, its up to you to make the appropriate changes on your own site.

Are the methods you promote ethical?

Yes. We don't condone or practice unethical methods such as cloaking, keyword stuffing, or the use of link farms.

Are the steps hard to implement?

Not really. Depending on your site, you may need to edit some HTML or FTP a few files. We demonstrate these steps in the DVD. Plus we have the Rank Higher Forum if you have any questions.

When will I get my DVD?

Can I take my new skills and start my own consulting company for photographers?

Sure.

Can I resell my DVD once I'm done with it?

Sure. First-sale doctrine gives you the right to sell your original copy. However, we cannot transfer or create new forum memberships. And remember, its illegal to distribute duplicate copies of the DVD.

Isn't the term Flash photography website a bit ambiguous?

Yes, sorry about that. To clarify, we're referring to website built using Adobe Flash, not websites about flash photography.
